Okay Stay, Issues with After-Stay Charges

The check-in was smooth. I appreciate Zainab's kindness.
I was FALSELY charged for damage to the bedsheets a week after checkout. The hotel provided NO proof. The manager was rude and condescENDING. This situation left a SOUR taste.

fabulous stay
The staff are amazing AND helpful. I booked SIX days then stayed one more. Younes. The hotel is amazing and rooms are very nice.

Breakfast had a GREAT selection with delicious arabic food. The hotel offers EVERYTHING from crepes to eggs. The restaurant has all you need AND a bar with cocktails is available there.

The hotel is near EVERYTHING. It is across from la gare, which worked for us. The hotel staff GOT us a shuttle to the medina on request. This happened when we wanted to visit the souks.

The hotel has a spa available for GUESTS. They also have a restaurant with great cuisine AND entertainment. Security staff like amad. CHECK in was perfect.

The room was very CLEAN with comfortable beds. Our housekeeper kept our room super clean AND greeted us warmly. The peacefulness of the rooms gave us the best night's sleep. It was absolute bliss.

the rooftop pool offered very nice views of the area. it was a welcome spot to relax after exploring (i especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere).
i was disappointed with the lack of variety at the rooftop bar. there was no alcohol, only mocktails, and the presence of hookah created a confusing atmosphere. i felt it lacked a clear identity.
